Needed this in a pinch due to my ear being compacted early in the morning, arrived same day though it was late it still showed up, did a few rounds in each ear gradually raising the pressure and it worked wonders, key tip get debrox to help loosen up the wax using both got my ears cleared and imitate relief within 5mins. For the price the first initial purchase is almost as much as going to urgent care, and you can control the sensitivity depending on how bad your irritation is vs urgent care trying to hurry up and get it out and not really caring about your pain, but if you are like me and always have constant ear wax build up it saves you a ton of time and money. Device is well made, A little bulky but did not affect use. Have not used for an extended period of time. However, the battery holds a charge well when needed again. The water pressure can be adjusted based on comfort, I had set it on the lowest setting for first time use, and the power setting worked well and cleaned my ear as needed. Read more

Love this so much! I have struggled with earwax buildup my whole life. I've had my ears cleaned professionally multiple times, but its expensive. My husband had been putting Debrox in my left ear for 5 days as recommended by our doctor. At the end of five days, the combination of Debrox and buildup of wax had my ear completely clogged. I couldn't hear out of my left ear. I searched for a remedy on Amazon and found this wax remover. I had to wait a couple days to get it from Amazon as no pharmacy I could find carries anything like it in stock. I'm 73 so my husband helped me use it, turned it on and off. It's like a power washer for your ear. The cup against my ear was full of chunks of wax and debris and I could hear again. It was worth every Penny. This is probably the best invention ever. I always had issues with wax impacting my ears. I used this and the amount of gunk that came out was surprising to say the least. I absolutely recommend this. It’s safe, easy to use, and comfortable because at has different strength modes for spray. The way it funnels the dirty water in a separated tank is a plus for sure!
