This is a really comfortable & ridiculously cute skirt! It is indeed made of similar fabric to a sweatshirt, so it’s soft & smooth. The built in shorts are the same color & make for great peace of mind that you’re properly covered. I was a little afraid to get such a bright green color in the winter but have found it actually pairs nicely with some of my Holiday shirts & has been a hit, both in style & comfort! And it’ll be such a fun color in the summer as well! So far I’ve washed it in cold water on delicate cycle & dried on low heat & it’s been holding up well. This skort is made of sweatshirt material and feels soft. The shorts underneath are a good touch, but this thing is SHORT! If you have a booty, this is probably not for you. It doesn't even cover my cheeks! The color is pretty and quality of material is good, but style and sizing is definitely off. I like this skirt a lot. It is a bit heavier than I expected but really well made. The description of a sweatshirt skirt is spot on- that is exactly what it is. It has a bit of bulk to it with the pockets adding even more. The color is just as pictured. It is perfect for everyday wear. and weekend hanging out. I didn't know that a sweatshirt skirt was a thing, but it definitely is - and this is definitely one! It's so so comfortable, but also pretty fun and cute. I love that it just is really different than anything else in my wardrobe. I wasn't sure about the color, but it turns out that's really fun, too. I've received compliments both times I've worn this out and about so far, and I'll likely continue to wear it often. It's hard to find something this cute AND this comfortable. This is actually higher quality than I expected, I'll admit. It's a decently thick skirt with the added bonus of shorts underneath. I do wish I would've sized down, but that was of my own doing. I generally run between a medium and large and I opted for a large in this one. It's not so big that I can't or won't wear it, but I definitely would've preferred the look of it on me in a smaller size. It washes up nicely and the color is the typical sweatpants grey.
