Awful. My phone speaker is louder than this thing. We bought it for our outdoor movie setup; sitting next to it at the loudest volume it sounded like a whisper that you couldn’t hear. Super dissatisfied with this company, I bought an Ecotrek just under two years ago, followed all the directions regarding keeping the battery for a long time, and it died on me only works when plugged in. I reached out to customer service and they're only solution is for me to buy another battery from them since it's past the one year warranty. I asked for my situation to be escalated, but they still just offered options for me to buy another battery.
