Awful. My phone speaker is louder than this thing. We bought it for our outdoor movie setup; sitting next to it at the loudest volume it sounded like a whisper that you couldn’t hear. We tried it a few times and at this point if we could still return it, we would. A complete waste of $300. My husband‘s #MIN Marshall was significantly louder. Read more

The battery life to lacking
This is the second one we have purchased. This one had a very short battery charge. It would only play about 4 hours. They do have an excellent customer service base. If the trick they gave us doesn't work we will exchange out the unit or the battery. It works well and is great for parties and is loud when it works. has Bluetooth and that is awesome. Read more

Battery dies they make you buy another
Super dissatisfied with this company, I bought an Ecotrek just under two years ago, followed all the directions regarding keeping the battery for a long time, and it died on me only works when plugged in. I reached out to customer service and they're only solution is for me to buy another battery from them since it's past the one year warranty. I asked for my situation to be escalated, but they still just offered options for me to buy another battery.
