I love this and everything about it. So I bought this in May of 2025 and it quit working. Amazon would not refund me so I went to the company website and sent them a message on a Sunday. On that same Sunday they responded by telling me that they would replace it. So I thought I would call the. The same person answered the phone. We had a nice conversation.. needless to say I am still getting a replacement. You just cant get the service like this. I got to us because I’m supposed to heat compress for my dry eyes. I’d always forget because I didn’t want to have to microwave it but saw this. Makes it so much easier as I can recharge it. Easy to use and very comfortable. I use it and so does my husband. He got a “bump” in his lower lid and the optometrist said to do a heat compress. I often have computer eye strain and slight headache so wanted to try this easy to use heated eye mask with adjustable elastic headband while resting my eyes during the day or before sleeping. It is a corded device that has a lighted window showing adjustable temp with 10 heat levels and 10 minute time setting. The auto shut off accompanied by a beep sound is nice. It is a plus that it comes with 2 washable 100% cotton covers with Velcro strip so can be shared by other family members whether using for eye strain, migraines, sinus pressure, or other eye discomfort where heat might help. The cover can also be lightly sprayed with water for moist heat. It is suggested to use twice a day for 10 minutes each. I appreciate that the patented mask uses an infrared heating element to give consistent warmth similar to sunshine. The lowest heat level with 10 minute timer is enough for my current needs. The warmth of the light-weight mask is very comforting and light blocking too – a benefit if you have a migraine. A couple of observations: the headband has to be very loose or the mask puts too much pressure on my eyes. The cables/cords are covered in a type of material but the wires inside are fairly stiff. I think that at some point the inner wires could break with the stress of bending the cables to store in the box and then straightening to use each time. Because of that I see that there is a cutout in the box so the mask can be inserted and kept clean but wires are out with no bending required. A set of directions and ways to use are enclosed.
