This arrived at my home on a day that I had a pretty bad migraine. I was very happy to receive it and it did come charge so I didn't even have to wait to charge it to use it. It is a very high and piece of equipment I was very impressed with this item and it did take me a little while to figure out how to adjust it and use it for my comfort level it has heat it massages over the eyes and it massages the temples for me on this day I adjusted it to massage my eyes with heat I actually adjusted the mass so the massagers fit just above my eyebrows which is a great source of migraine pain for me I found that it was extremely relaxing I fell asleep actually with it on my face the first time I used it and it really helped ease the pain if I had one wish to change that would be for it to stay on at least 15 to 20 minutes per session. It did wake me up when it stopped and I just hit the button again it has a memory to go back on the settings that you had it on which is good you don't have to reset it every time unless you want to. It comes with a very luxurious bad to store it in charged quickly. Subsequently I use this on nights even when I didn't have a migraine because I find it to be a great reliever of tension also and it helps me relax enough to drift off to sleep. It has adjustments so you can also moderate the firmness of the massage both at the temples and above the eyes so if it's too firm you could make it lighter the same thing with the heat settings I haven't done this yet but it also can hook up to Bluetooth and play music while you're relaxing with it on your face pretty amazing product I'm very impressed with it I will say the only saying that took me a few minutes to figure out was where to hook up the charger so you look on the underneath side once the mask is folded and you can see where it fits highly recommend if you suffer with headaches migraines sinus headaches tension headaches anything that's in your face and head I think it will benefit you.
