I agree with the other one-star reviewers. This device worked one time, when I first received it in June, to light two pilot lights. These pilot lights stay on, so there was no need for this product again until a few days ago. This is when its fatal flaw became apparent. This product is well designed. Its long and flexible neck is a very useful feature. Regrettably, it just does not produce a spark. I made a grievous error when I gave this product a one-star rating. The one and only reason why the product did not produce a spark is that I failed to turn on a little switch. I have now tested it on a number of occasions and it works as advertised. Absolute junk. Broke after only two uses. It was bought to light the commercial stove/oven at our church with a couple hard-to-reach pilot lights. Now it won't turn on and won't charge. Waste of money. I would've been better off buying a bunch of long matches instead. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one. Read more
