This is the one you have been looking for. I did an unreasonably, exhausting, and annoyingly long search comparing more than a dozen different laptop stands. What I wanted was a really nice, wooden, multi-device stand. For reference, I needed it to accommodate 5 devices: (1) Work laptop, (2) work iPad, (3) Personal laptop, (4) Personal/academic iPad, (5) Chill mat (placed in the furthest back slot behind the worklaptop so that it can be plugged in & cool the work laptop while the work laptop is standing horizontally (opening down into the stand) in its slot. No other laptop stand could, A) accommodate as many devices, B) adjust as much, C) take up as little room, D) be as affordable. The other, nice wood laptop stands were wider, more expensive, and less adjustable. It's super stable, easy to adjust, and tightens very nicely so the slots don't wiggle or loosen over time. Because of the expansion limitation for laptops *IN CASES* (another limitation of other laptop stands but not this one), I can get three devices one of these (and I have super rugged cases on my ipads & laptops) and 2-3 in the second stand. But placing these two laptop stands flush front-to-back with each other, I think it takes up about 8-10" off the top of my head on my desk, still leaving enough space in front of it for me to work with. I have multiple tablets, thin laptops and HP Chromebooks that I store for quick access using 2 of these. The holding stand is very sturdy, made of heavy aluminum, several of the slots are adjustable. The device is very well made. I store Samsung Galaxy tablets, Microsoft Surface Pro laptops and Hewlett-Packard Chromebooks, model M7-6Y75. I am pleased in every way with the devices but when you consider the price, well, the price is just a little bit high, but these will truly last forever. I have 4 HP and Dell laptops in this stand on a shelf. And, so far, they have stood up well. Had to take one slat out in order to fit the old HP and Dell laptops as they're "thicker" than today's standard laptop. But, the removable and adjustable slats made that adjustment easy. It's also fairly heavy so that the laptops can remain standing on their own without tipping. Fits my need well. Read more

As a consultant and designer, I use several laptops for personal and business use. Previously, I was never able to find a stand that could hold more than 3 laptops until now. With one fixed and 3 adjustable slots, this laptop stand has been able to hold all of my laptops. The stand is heavy and sturdy enough to hold up to 4 laptops. Overall this has been a great product that has brought a ton of value to my daily workflow. Set it and forget it. My only 2 complaints are 1. I wish they had used more ergonomic thumb screws beneath the stand to tighten the 3 adjust slots (2 screws for each slot). 2. I wish the thumb screws also had either allen wrench, phillips head, or flat head screw driver slots in each of the screw heads to tighten the screes. Possibly a simple coin-width slot would be ideal so that a simple quarter could be used to tighten the screws. Read more

Got this to organize our multiple Macbook Airs and iPads on the kitchen desk and it works perfectly. It's sturdy and easy to adjust to different widths for the different devices. We've got two iPads with Magic Keyboards and Macbook Airs with cases and they all fit, but I could see that if we had thicker laptops they might not all fit. Read more

I didn’t like the price of this organizer but I wanted a study long lasting one. This fits great on my book shelf and holds all my laptops and tablets. It even holds my tablets with their cases on. One has a thick rugged case and it fits. I really liked the function, of being able to control the width of each section, just wished there was one with a few more slots. Read more
