This is a great set of icebags. As an athlete and migraine sufferer, they get plenty of use. The variety of sizes is awesome. A large one when I have a headache and need to numb the whole side of my head it's happening on. A small one if I take a foul ball off the wrist and need lightweight pinpoint relief. And a medium one for other joint or muscle relief. The strap included is super convenient, being able to secure the packs to various body parts is great. This is truly a great set. Bought to have on hand for my daughter during her softball season, but we have used more than imagined and it helped they came in 3 different sizes depending on your need. Great to have in your emergency first aid kit, camping gear. Its seems nowadays everyone has a cup of water and ice but never a ziplock bag when needed. Fill with ice half way, add some water for flexibility and you're good to go. Easy to clean if accidentally dropped in the dirt. When done I would use a clean, small-mouth jar or empty bottle with it's cap on (if traveling) to hold up the ice pack to air out. The strap is velcro, making it nice to adjust.
