your on your own with instructions I got a QR code that lead me to nentendo switch instructions in china . its very china everything about it is china. but that being said it does work sort of picture is clear and sharp sound is great and light adjustments work great also. everything works slow so don't click fast there's a lag in the soft ware its works just laggy. the tracking does work but if your planing to use it to move around it will lose you. if you stand up from your chair at a normal pace it will get lost, it likes to get lost on the tv sometimes . and if you want it to track you sitting back in your chair you have to move at about 1 inch per 5 seconds lol. side to side it works a lot better it wont just follow you it will track you but you need to move really slow . all in all its nice the install was really annoying btw. just because links didn't work or model wasn't included in the linked downloads for Mac Read more

This is a killer little camera. It has awesome resolution. It has so many options that it will work for just about any application. I do have some issues with the tracking system. It will track me pretty good if I am sitting but if I stand up and then sit down, it tends to focus on something else and doesn't go back to tracking like I think it should. If it's supposed to follow and track me like having an extra cameraman, well, I would fire that cameraman. It does decent enough and I can work with it. I just have to push the lens back down to me until it thinks, "Oh yeah, I'm supposed to be following him". It was very easy to install. The software keeps popping up that I need an update and when I click on it I get a message to install more software. I installed the software once and it isn't even compatible with this camera so that is pretty annoying. Still, for the money, you can't beat this camera, it is a pretty good value. It was a decent little webcam, worth the $100 I paid for it. However, it stopped registering on my Windows PC... This is really weird because it still accepts power and resets the PTZ positioning when it's plugged back in, but the light won't turn on, and no USB device is registering in Windows. I also tried on my Windows laptop and my Chromebook, but nothing. It lasted about a week. Read more
