IT JUST WORKS!! (8k edition)

YadielSeptember 13, 2025

So far, so good. I had a Mchose Ace 68 Esports edition that was unstable due to their firmware. This is well known in their community. I had delayed and dropped inputs all the time that caused me to lose gunfights against the best players in the world. Not to mention that it seemed to slow down my pc overtime which was odd to say the least. This keyboard is the opposite of that. It is very responsive, has zero issues handling rapid inputs (to the point I think the game engine is the actual limit) and is solid in every regard. From lightweight and straight forward software to great construction (it uses metal as a base and NOT plastic), easy to press switches that are good on the fingers, and good support from what I've heard, I made the right choice. Their Op 1 8k is the fastest mouse in the world and is not unstable in firmware, so I expected the same results here and I am not disappointed. For the price, this is a must buy in my opinion and I am NOT a person who is pleased easily, ask my family if you don't believe me. If you want the winning combo. Op 1 8k + this keyboard is the way to go. IT JUST WORKS ALL THE TIME with no bloatware or garbage software needed which is what I expect from a product worthy of its price. It is a must have for latency spamable games like rhythm or warzone with omni movement (which is what I play). Read more

So Good, I Retired the Keyboard I Built.

Shane CuttingOctober 23, 2025

I have been gaming on a Tokyo60 keyboard that I built during lock-down, and it had served me very well during that time. That being said; there is always that itch for something better. Something to provide a small advantage during peak game-play. I have seen multiple videos extolling the superior performance provided by the emerging Hall Effect (HE) market, but I had yet to take the plunge. That changed when I was offered the chance to try out the EndGame Gear KB65HE. I was excited to see if the hype was real, or if my analogue switches were equally up to the task that these switches claim to achieve? The unboxing experience was minimal, but more than reasonable. You get the keyboard, a plastic dust cover, cable , and some other minimal accessories. It would have been nice to get a couple extra switches in the box in case of any failures, but at this price, it's more of a nitpick. The keycaps provided have a good amount of shine through and the legends are crisp. The body of the keyboard is all aluminum with the Endgame logo inset on the back of the board. Branding on the top of the board is non-existent which I prefer. The edges of the board are chamfered on the edges, but it is still somewhat sharp with the narrow bezels and squared off edges. Overall, it was not significantly different that my previous board which is great as there is little adaptation needed to play at my best. To get the full functionality of this board, you need to install the Endgame software. While I am fine with this, it was recently reported that some Endgame software was compromised which makes me a little concerned. I will hope that it was a one-off accident. Regardless, I would have much preferred a web-based software solution to interact with the board, as the overwhelming amount of software needed for every device it getting to be tiresome. Another aspect of the software than I wish was addressed is the lack of live interaction. you can change all the settings, but there is no visual aid to show your key-press, and actuation points. It is also hard to tell when your profile is set and active which can be inconvenient if you have different profiles for different games. Overall, the software isn't bad, but could definitely be improved. After I was all set up, I was ready to jump in and start gaming! After a couple of hours of playing Fortnite with my son I can confidently say, the hype is well justified. The responsiveness of the EndGame keyboard is on another level compared to my Tokyo 60! It did take a little to get the sensitivity dialed in, but once I hit the sweet spot, my gameplay improved significantly. Outside of gaming; I find this to be a more than capable keyboard. The acoustics are far better than expected of a value oriented keyboard having a nice, satisfying clack. Everything sort of fell into place after about a week of use. If you plan on using this as your only keyboard, I would recommend a wrist rest to prevent fatigue. Typing for extended periods at such an angle without one can be uncomfortable. For gaming, I do not use a wrist rest, but for typing on the EndGame 65, it is a requirement. After several months of use, I am very happy with the EndGame Gear KB65HE. It has become my dedicated gaming keyboard; dethroning my own personally build keyboard. A couple software issues aside, this keyboard presents a great value, and a solid entry-point into the world of Hall Effect keyboards. Read more

Closest thing to Wooting that isn't Wooting!

Sandra CardozaDecember 30, 2025

Quite possibly the most comfortable and high-end keyboard have had the privilege of using, It is exactly what it says it is, beautiful, slick, high performance, high customizability, aluminum frame, transitioning from razer to this was a night and day difference, keeps up at the highest levels of play, almost no input delay, The keys are nice and quiet, the RGB is done very well, much better than your generic keyboard, overall one of the best price for performance products I've bought. Great, well-built keyboard let down by its software

JS WriterJune 13, 2025

I thought I found my endgame keyboard in this Endgame K65HE 8K. Its super solid construction is the best I've seen. Hall effect switches and key caps are excellent. LEDs are bright and clear. The problem lies with the K65HE software. It's not intuitive or easy to figure out. DKS only works intermittently. Had to reprogram keys multiple times. Just more frustration than performance. I'm going to return it and hope the software gets improved ASAP! Read more

Premium Build and Fast Performance

Power GloveJuly 10, 2025

I had heard of Endgame Gear’s gaming mice before but didn’t know they made keyboards and now I’m glad I gave this one a try. This keyboard is extremely well-made, with a solid aluminum case that gives it a premium feel and noticeable heft. The magnetic switches are smooth and impressively quiet, perfect for late-night gaming without disturbing others in the house. While the switches don’t have the same creamy or chalky feel as traditional mechanical switches, they’re still fast and responsive, especially when tuned with rapid trigger for FPS games. Some people mentioned issues with firmware updates or the software, but I had no trouble at all. I downloaded the software from Endgame’s site, plugged in the keyboard, and updated the firmware with just one click and it took less than a minute. The software is easy to navigate, and I quickly customized my SOCD settings and key responses. I wish they offered web based software instead. The RGB lighting offers plenty of customization too, and I really like the yellow Endgame escape key for a unique touch. This may not be a $300 Wooting board, but for the price, it’s one of the best-performing and best-built gaming keyboards I’ve used. Read more
