Perfect for elderly people who are fall risks. My elderly mother is 90, and stepping up on a doctor type scale or a narrow regular scale was really hard. This is only about 1 inch high and she can easily slide her walker over it, step up the 1 inch and then step off without any trouble and it’s wide enough that she can keep her feet at their natural distance apart. Have been using this product for over 5 years. Just brought a second one for the same house. I love the easy to read light-up display and how wide the scale is for me to be able to comfortably stand on it. Although it is made glass, it is extremely durable and does not scratch up over years of use. Always displays accurate results. Read more
