Good machine, slightly noisy but makes perfect coffee and I'm enjoying it, as for the cup warmer, I don't use it since my coffee goes in to a sports bottle. Coffee feels like your drinking silky bubbles... The frother is awesome, but now the one glaring reason for 4 stars... The Carrafe doesn't fit properly without force and it's absolutely annoying. The only reason for keeping it is the quality of my coffee. Even Folgers tastes gourmet when your done. Read more

Coffee quality poor. filter won't empty fully , cup heating tray does not work, blinking lights do not match with instruction manual. Read more
