I keep using this machine for a few days. This automatic coffee maker offer me an unparalleled experience. I need to say something: 1. The huge intuitive touch control panel All functions are built in and you just choose the flavor or module you like. Temperature setting(high, middle, low), taste setting(strong, middle, wild), hot or cold brew, cups setting, grinder setting. You get very thing done here.Easy to operate. 2. Automatic bean to cup coffee I really like the fully automatic grinding. I prepare the coffee bean (I like the middle roasted one) in the hopper, and choose “bean” mode and the “5 cups”, strong flavor with high temp., and finally tap the DRIP. A carafe of thy favorite coffee is already done. Perfect!!! 5-cups is really fine for us—— a family of five，if you need more, just take another a few minutes. I think this is good for the people like me who always need a FRESH done coffee. 3. Easy to clean. All you to do is to follow the manual instruction. Can I give a zero? If I could I would. The first thing you realize is someone APPROXIMATED English in the manual and on the machine. We're they trying to clone a major brand? Not sure. Here is a sample "Clock set button -use to set clock". I tried for 15 min to try to set the dang clock. Another:. In the cautions section it says "It is forbidden to put the plug on the hot surface" As for the coffee, well it has 3 settings for temperature - cold normal and hot. I set to hot and the coffee was barely tepid and tasted like crap. Also the water reservoir hold enough for 2 cups at best. Any more and you get an error. It says it can brew up to 5 cups. Besides this, their idea of a cup is much smaller than mine. I selected M1 which had a picture of a large mug on it. It made enough to fill half of a typical mug and said (according to the pot) this was 2.5 cups. I had this unpacked 30 min before getting fed up and packing it back to Amazon. I would have thought it funny if it hadn't cost 200 bucks and that was 27% off according to Amazom! Maybe the tarrifs will keep you from wasting your time with this garbage. Read more

Coffee tastes amazing from bean. Grinder is obviously noisy but not excessive. I've tried the different heat settings have not tried the ice option. The only sad part is a full pot is only about the size of one cup. Read more

I am embarrassed to admit this but I’m a bit of a coffee snob and rarely write enough reviews over all but this was such a noteworthy buy I seriously felt I owed it to those whom are considering buying this coffee machine. We are a proud coffee home and have everything from the $1,000 and up automatic espresso makers to a cold brewing machine, French press, single brewing machines, you name it embarrassingly enough we most likely probably have it. I wasn’t familiar at all with this company or the coffee machines they offer but when browsing for a 5 cup grind and brew as a little go between this and only a few more additional machines matched my criteria. Let me tell you I could not be anymore satisfied and if you are on the fence just go with this one and never look back! Not only does this little machine yield a fantastic quality brew with superb extraction flavor, consistent every single brew based on the individual preferences you choose but rest assured you are buying from an extremely reputable company that genuinely cares about their customer base as well as extremely knowledgeable and professional on any concerns you might have! Saving the best for last the amazing price!!!! There are so many high end features packed into this tiny machine and if your space is maybe a bit limited or maybe looking for a more budget friendly choice but also packed with a bunch of high end features then this is the one for you. Honestly the performance of this little guy outshines many of it’s far more expensive counterparts hands down. I’m just an average consumer without any type of program or affiliation to review things but thought I seriously owed it to those that are like me, a major coffee snob. Or just maybe on the fence not knowing enough about this machine or company to justify this purchase. I cannot attest just yet to the longevity of the machine and of course will update my review if need be but if you’re on the fence don’t be at all. Go for it, just remember as is with all coffee machines especially those with built in grinders don’t forget to routinely descale and clean your machine according to the manufacturer’s directions because you’ll keep your machine running not only in tip top shape for so much longer but most importantly without ever compromising on flavor profile and taste.
