Researched and researched but still went with this one. Machine leaked water in the back the first day. Could not get a full output of grind. 18gms in but could only get 15-16gms out. A week later the grinder completely broke plus I couldn’t get it out to clean it. And just a heads up, it will take a full 30 days to get your refund. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I don’t agree with other buyers who give this 5 stars. Mine didn’t have the pressure it is supposed to and I had to pull water through it a second time, every time. I was precise with different grinds, perfect amount of fresh grounds and tamp pressure and no matter what I did it didn’t get to the correct pressure. The grinder broke on day 30. The portafilter is full size and excellent quality. The plastic of the machine crunched when I put the portafilter in making it feel cheap. This thing is so pretty and would have been perfect. However I couldn't get the espresso part to heat up high enough for a good pull. Visually the shot looked great but with the lacking heat it was Luke warm at best. I did manage to get the pressure working well and even the foamer. It also leaked randomly the bottom tray had randomly leaked twice. Even when not being used. So I'm assuming I must have received a dud and something is wrong with the espresso water heating or pump function. If it worked I would keep it 100%. We tried turning the heat up with little success for the espresso function. The grinding is so convenient, it's sound is fine not too loud. Frothing ws excellent and in general very easy to use once you've got the pressure and heat right. We may order a replacement and see if it was just my machine. Super easy to clean etc. Hopefully yours will work better than mine. It would be worth the money if it worked properly. Read more
