I had my first washlet experience when I traveled to Tokyo 3 years ago. Me and my wife thought someday we must own one of these. The shipping was fast and the toilet came in one piece, had my plumber install it for me, took him about two hours to finish it, he told me it was not too much of a hassle. The remote was easy to set and use, There are five levels to use for all the functions. I could set the water temperature, wand position, and dryer temperature all I wanted. At first, the sensor of the cover was very sensitive, whenever I walk about 5 feet from it, it opens up automatically even though I was not going to use the toilet. Then I called customer service, they kindly told me how to set the sensor of the cover. I tried as they told me to leave the remote alone for about 5 seconds after I set the sensor level. And it worked, now the cover only opens up when I walk 2 feet from it. This washlet has all the functions of other branded washlet but comes with half of their price. I had purchased an older model of this toilet in 2015 and loved the toilet bidet functions and the look of the toilet. I was SO excited when this new version came out which is even nicer, more modern and sophisticated. I had a friend who came over, saw and used the toilet and said their toto brand wasn't as nice and cost so much more. I especially like how easy the toilet is to clean with its simple lines and clean modern look. The remote control looks great, comes with a remote control holder which I had mounted on the wall and the functions are easy to use. The shipping was very fast and box came secured. It was easy for my handyman to install. My handyman even said the toilet looked amazing. This bidet exceeds all my expectations, and I'm super excited I upgraded! Read more

The media could not be loaded. Well, first of all, I understand, this is not 4k+ TOTO or Koehler unit! But… B4 you decide to buy this brand, you should read this review. My first order got canceled, due company changed to Amazon fulfillment. So, it took over 2 weeks and couple of phone calls to vender To figure, why was my shipping canceled and had to order it twice. After all, unit arrived on Saturday morning, which was perfect for me. Sadly, packaging came broken. Luckily, toilet was not damaged. I understand, this is just my bad luck and has nothing to do with product it self. So, I proceed to removing my old toilet and getting ready to install EUROTO EUT3868 (2023 model). First problem started with supplied shut off valve. It is designed for coper pipe plumbing. I have new house and over here we use PEX pipes. So, i have 90 degree female drop ear elbow, and 3 inch steel pipe nipple coming thru the sheetrock wall. In this case, there is no way for me to use provided valve that has straight thread. For now, i have no valve installed and have water supply hose with straight thread screwed on pipe thread… Ok, i can live with that i think… So Lets move forward! My installation package came with no “sealing ring of water closet” (how they call it in their installation guide). So, i went to local HW store and picked regular VAX seal. Firs thing shocked me, was anchoring brackets that are on the way for VAX seal (see pic). But because, i think, vax should have no problem with it, i kept moving on. I installed toilet on top of my drainage with vax seal on, secured it with two screws on both sides of the toilet and turned water and power ON. When I flushed fist time, immediately water started running from underneat the unit. So, I thought, maybe i need bigger vax seal and added additional vax on top of first one (standard plumbing procedure). Put everything back together and flushed again! Nope ! Water leaked again! Ok, im saying my self, there must be something wrong here, so i took my camera and recorded from behind the unit while flushing again. I noticed, water was squirting out thru two circular openings where anchoring brackets going thru ! So i removed the toilet again, and looked from under to try understand, why vax didn’t seal properly. I realized, there is no place for vax to make seal ! Whatever who cut those two openings for anchoring brackets went so close to toilet waste outlet leavening 1/8” of surface for vax seal ! (See pic). Well, i spent one day of trying different kinds of seals, taking it in and out, draining water from toilet, cleaning flooded bathroom, cleaning vax or other sealants off the flange and unit it self… finally, i found one seal that was able to seal a leak ! WoW! Thx EUROTO !!! As i said, after full day (took me over 8 hours and im construction guy, 20 years in business). Next day (i was waiting for clear silicone that i sealed around the bottom of the unit to dry) i tested all smart toilet functions. I must tell you, as you see here, im not native american and i do speak broken english, but user manual is just nightmare ! Sorry, but i still can not figure some thing out! We have another bathroom fitted with TOTO brand bidet, but they’re much easier to understand and operate than this “Chinglish” manual. Sorry to say that, but i have no clue how to. Soooo, thats about it. Hope, this will help some one. Otherwise, i really do like design and functionality, if they work and im able to learn how to use them ;) UPDATE: After some time, every day use, must say, this is excellent unit! So far, we love all features that’s built in. Endless warm water is great! I have not much to complain about after half year of use. Downside is, now everyone wants to use our master bathroom 😂😂😂 UPDATE 2: After a year, all functions works as day one ! For now, there is nothing to complain on. Read more

Relatively easy installation but we had to have it done by a professional. Starting was easy and initially worked very well. Suddenly the cover would close after using the toilet but would open again almost immediately and it would do this constantly. Tried everything I could think of and the problem persists. I now have to disconnect it and only reconnect when we are using the toilet. Tried to reach out to get technical support but haven’t heard back yet. Read more
