I don’t usually leave reviews and I will follow up on this one in a few months.. I just installed the Bio Bidet 2000 and messed around with all of its functions to make sure everything worked. Installation was super easy — I’m definitely a DIY person, but it only took about 30 minutes and I think anyone could do it. Everything you need is in the box, I only needed a wrench to remove my old bidet that did not have warm water. The instructions are super clear. I didn’t need to call a plumber or buy any extra parts. The heated seat is amazing, and I like that you can change the temperature of the seat and the temperature of the water. The water pressure and temperature settings are easy to adjust, and the warm air dryer actually works really well. The remote control has a lot of buttons so I think it is a little confusing initially, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it. The nightlight is nice, but I prefer not to have one so the ability to turn it off is wonderful and I’m happy that it’s there. It feels really solid and well-made, and I love the soft close lid. It is a bit noisier than my old bidet, but it also has a lot more functions instead of just shooting out cold water so that does make sense and the little noises may lesson with time as the functions get used more. The Bio Bidet takes personal hygiene to whole new level. The product was really easy to install. The heated water and heated seat functions are wonderful, especially in the MI winters. The media could not be loaded. I have been using my bio bidet for a week now and I love it. The initial installation was easy and very straightforward. The remote was very easy to understand and use. The seat very comfortable and the sprayer is centered. I love the auto lift seat which makes the use of the bio bidet even better. The price was a little high but it was not too upset. I recommend this product to anyone considering purchasing a bidet, you will not regret it. I will revisit this review in 6 months with a follow-up. Read more

This bidet toilet seat was so easy to install and seems to work fine, although I didn't want to hire an electrician to install an outlet, so I just ran an extension cord, which doesn't look great, but I didn't want to spent more money on this bidet toilet seat. I like the blue night light and where it is located on the seat, but wish it had a sensor to make it go off in daylight (save electricity, right?). I just turn it off manually every morning. The heated seat is nice when it is cold, but I live in SoCal, so that rarely happens. The warm water feature is really nice, volume and force is good, but I still feel I need to use toilet paper when finished. Love the slow close lid and odor eliminator features, they work great! Overall, nice product, but pricey with all the features. In summary, I don't think this is a must have. Moist wipes work just as well and are much cheaper. As I get older, I may come to appreciate this bidet toilet seat more. Lastly, I was able to sit on my old toilet seat lid when closed, but this one I can’t, so definitely miss that feature! Great product, with all the necessary features. We bought it to help a family member through their recovery from surgery and it was worth the cost. Now our home will never be without one. The heated seat, heated water, slow-close lid, and remote control unit are very nice features. Product performed very well for 2-1/2 years then stopped working. Luckily it had a 3 year warranty, and excellent customer service via phone and email. Once I tried a few things they suggested to get it working it was still non-functional, so they accepted it as a warranty repair at zero cost (except for return shipping). We didn't know we needed a bidet so badly until we had this one. Suddenly it was the only toilet the entire family would use. Now we've expanded to the rest of the toilets with these. The seat warmer is fantastic, the warm water is great, the variable position, pressure, speed, time, etc. - this is luxurious and does a great job with cleaning. Toilet paper use dropped dramatically. Installation was simple. Just get a splitter from the home improvement store and split the toilet supply line with this. Electrical might be a minor issue - the cable is more generous than most companies would provide in this kind of product, but in a bathroom you might still consider running a line in the wall or just adding an extension cord over to the closest outlet. We've even bought these as gifts for family and they love them too. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely. It's one of those things you're not sure is a smart purchase until it's installed (which is easy to do). Then it sells itself every time you use it. It has a soft close, fits our elongated bowls perfectly, and doesn't wiggle around at all. Cleaning is easy too. This is a well thought device. The exterior light is a nice addition so that you don't stumble into a dark bathroom at night. Read more

We purchased this Bidet following an injury my husband sustained that made it difficult for him to care for himself without help. Though I certainly didn't mind helping him, we all like to have our privacy when using the bathroom. This Bidet is perfect! Now he can take care of business all on his own while he is recovering. I always shop by customer reviews and I have to say that I agree with all the 5 star ratings. The seat was very easy to install (which I did with my husband watching over me) and the quality is very nice. It has many features to satisfy anyone who is using it. We especially like the heated seat (very nice during snowy winters) and the warm water and heated dry settings as well. There are also settings for both men and women which is also a nice feature. The seat came with everything you need for install as well. I totally recommend the BioBidet and plan to purchase one for each of our guest baths as well. Read more
