The bands are nice and have a bag that can acually hold them. There is also a device that you can use with a closed door for other excercises. The only thing -- depending on whicy excercises you do, the bands can dig into hands, so gloves might be a good idea. Read more

Great for chronic fatigue syndrome exercise
These bands are great for adding variety to my workouts at home. The set has a good range of resistance levels, which makes it easy to progress or adjust for different exercises. They feel durable and haven’t snapped or lost tension after several uses. The included door anchor is also a nice touch for extra versatility.
