The shoulder straps are adjustable, but I feel that it didn't make a difference. I am a 36DDD, and need more than what this bra offers. I will say that medium was the right size for me. I am a size A, so this works for me, but I wonder what kind of support (or lack of) it would provide to bigger busted women. The fabric is buttery soft and so are the straps. There's no hook and eye so you've got to pull it on over your head. I wash it in a lingerie bag and air dry. Love it and would recommend. Read more
