Wish they had these in 10 or 20 Micron
Great job of packing for shipment. Being 5 Micron, there is a 5 lb. drop in pressure fron input to output. I have pressure gauges and shut off valves on both sides. I'm using it to filter out a pesticide for my livestock as a neighbor contaminated the water supply with 2,4-D. For now the price is right. If it increases, I'll have to change brands and order elsewhere where I can get 10x4.5 charcoal filters that are 20 micron filtration that will last longer. They shipped fast. If they keep them at this price, I'll definitely be buying more with summer coming and my animals drink more water in warmer weather. The flow is great even at 5 micron filtering. Update 12/7/20, Reordered and still happy as a clam. I will say that of the first order, one filter- the thin white plastic end cap was slightly damaged/broken from shipping. I still stuffed the filter in the housing, it worked fine. I'm happy with these folks, and small stuff happens. I mean, what if I dropped one and the end broke, well I learned the filter held up fine and I could still use it. Read more
