It is very easy to hold and very easy to light. The trigger moves smoothly, and the double-barrel ensures a nice flame each time. I'm not a gun person, myself, but I enjoy a fun novelty, and this definitely qualifies. I especially like that it's refillable, so I can continue to use it for a long time. This is solidly built, has nice weight and works well. The trigger is very easy to pull to get the flame. I am taking off one star because the listing doesn’t make it clear right up front just how small the lighter is. It talks about the extended reach so it is easy to believe it will be like the long lighters for bbqs, etc. But in actuality it’s quite small and fits in the palm of your hand.
