This is a good size for people who do a lot of floor exercise. I move around a lot when I stretch and I don't have to grind my knees or reposition. It is firm, not squishy with a comfortable non-slip texture. It comes with bands and tote for travel but it is heavy so I haven't taken it anywhere. I got purple which is akin to a deep plum color.
