Good quality mat
My dog has a degenerative condition where she is losing function of her back legs. These mats are durable (it’s in a heavy traffic area) and easy to clean. I assume most people would use it for their in home gym, it would be great for that purpose or even in a kids play area. Read more

Good quality and thickness
Perfect size and thickness for general exercising with shoes. Soft enough for bare feet as well. Grippy and does not slide on carpet. I am using it with the dotted side down which I think will help with any issues around ripping or shedding of the mat material. Recommended. Read more
Size matters
Mine was about a half a foot shorter and half a foot narrower than described and that matters. It is very easy to like it because your feet grip it 100%. No slipping and feels very stable doing reverse lunges or any low impact stuff or any style of squats without heavy weights. Definitely like it. I have indoor dogs and some gets on the mat but dog hair and light debris falls right off when you roll it up, it’s got no static cling.. if it were the correct size I would give it 5 stars easily but it wasn’t and I think that it matters. Its “goodnuff” that the hassle of returning it overshadows just taking shorter steps..like it..but I don’t love it Read more

Overall a great product
Purchased 6 months ago and is holding up quite nicely with some sneaker/ dumbbell abuse. After moving heavy equipment positions on the mat it does slowly regain its shape after a week or so. Initial typical smell fades quickly with window open a few nights. The padding is sufficient for 50 year old knees doing lunge stretches. Overall very satisfied. Read more
