This is an amazing yoga mat, so happy I was able to find it in the extra large size! It's true to specifications, make sure you order the thickness and dimensions that work for you. I have been using this mat for several months for home workouts, and absolutely love it. It's lightweight, and corners don't roll up as in the other yoga mat I had previously. I ordered the 8mm thickness, and it's great for abs (doesn't hurt my back), and it's also great for lounges - it's stable enough, so I don't lose my balance. The mat has two sides - one smoother one that was likely intended to be the top side, and the side with ridges that was likely intended to be facing the floor. I ended up putting it with ridges up to have a better traction. It's still just a bit slippery for some of the exercises when my hands are sweaty. Bag could be bigger... It's a very tight fit and nearly impossible to get the mat back inside without having to reroll it 4-5 times because you will inevitably roll it up too large the first few times. Even then the bag is very tight... This mat was likely rolled on some machine then stuffed into the bag when it was originally packed/shipped. Read more

After getting all the wrapping and packing off, this mat unrolled easily. It flattened out fairly quickly. It is a good thickness and seems too be good quality. Read more
