I originally bought the dual sense edge but was really disappointed in only 2 back buttons for a controller in the $200 price range. The metal buttons 4.0 kit is fantastic. The only issue I had with the install was the rubber piece for the mic in the controller came off which is not the fault of the install video. Just a tip to be careful in that area. I have two of these and I have to say the textured grip is definitely my favorite. The buttons feel great and I'm extremely happy with this product. The installation wasn't difficult at all, I didn't install the touchpad or R3 or L3 so everything else was very simple. Read more

Right inner button wouldnt depress (rise4 kit). Manufacturer was very responsive and offered to send new rear housing and board to fix the switch clearance issue. However aside from the QC issues, to be honest there is quite a bit play in the paddles that required a lot of tuning to get rid of with the (supplied) tape. The Paddles and Buttons are very stiff, some may like it but honestly i think the tactile switches they use in this kit are too stiff. Overall i dont think the ergonomics are very good if you actually need 4 back paddles. The inner buttons are too tall and flared and you have to move your finger a lot to get to it. Just doesnt match the quality and ergonomics of the controller the kit is going on. Read more
These paddles help a lot with fps games. Just follow the steps on the YouTube video and it’s not that hard. The buttons are great but the middle two are a little awkward to hit but at this price it doesn’t really matter. I do wish it was a little easier to press but they still work great. I also installed the clicky triggers and like those as well. Read more
My plastic buttons snapped after much use. Now it feels great pulling my trigger with my pointer and sliding around without moving my fingers off my sticks. Great job extreme. I want to make sure I am clear for the next gamer that purchases this product. I watched all the you tube videos before buying and heard all the praise. Went for the metal set for durability and cool factor. My controller is a BDM-020. Pros: quality felt good. Cons: instructions are terrible and rely on you tube. The left trigger ribbon is very unclear of how to install. Installation is correct, powers on (see photo), button mapping takes with 3 slow blinks. No buttons map. I can reset with up+lf+oSq+lf+rf then fast blinks. Have done this process 100 times. No mapping of buttons. The product just does not work. Waste of a 2 hour time and all the money. Be cautious about the purchase and understand you could be blow $50 on a useless product. Sad Read more
