This eye massager looks very high-end and would make a great gift. I bought it for myself, and it’s actually the second eye massager I’ve owned. The quality of this one is much better. I really love the cooling feature — my eyes tend to get puffy in the morning, and the cool mode helps reduce the swelling quickly. It’s also great for daily relaxation. Using it gives me a good break from screens and helps relieve eye strain. Overall, it’s a stylish, effective, and relaxing product that I really enjoy using! Read more
Defective design, missing accessories, missing instructions. This massager has a major design flaw: the eye plates that deliver heat / cold settings are set much lower than the massage balls which prevents the eyes from touching the plate and feeling any warmth or coldness. The massage balls are all that you feel because they are so much taller than the area that provides the temperature. This design makes the heat / cold feature completely useless and pointless. Additionally, I had to order this product twice due to missing accessories or parts. The first order came in a plastic bag with no accessories, bag, or user manual so I immediately returned it. The second order was packaged in a product box, but missing the user manual. I had to guess how to use it which is very unprofessional and frustrating. I'll be returning this second order too, and will find another alternative. I strongly do not recommend this massager - especially for the steeper price I expected at least basic functionality of hot / cold which this product does not offer due to its design. I have mixed feelings about it. Yes it does seem to ease my migraines but not for long. I like the vibrations for the most part. It does get hot but the cold is fantastic. Doesn't really press to my face like it should but its ok. Read more
This eye massager is very unique, I have used lots of eye massager but this is by far the most unique one yet. The heating and cooling are amazing and the massager does what it says and heats up and cools down quickly. The massage pattern is great and has a unique random pattern where the 12 different fingers all vibrate independently in different formations as if being choreographed. The controls are easy to understand and very intuitive and there is a voice that announces the different settings. The one big downside is that the massager is not curved enough it is too flat across for my face. YMMV I guess depending on the shape of your face but for me it's not a great fit. I have a really hard time adjusting the strap to make it feel comfortable. If only the fingers and eye cups protruded out a little more or if the thing was more dramatically curved it would be perfect. I have to adjust the strap to make it fit very tight to my face and the massager is very hard and it feels very uncomfortable when I do that. The only way I can get it to fit so that it's at least somewhat comfortable is to hold it to my face with my hand. You really have to put pressure on it to make the fingers come in contact with the face, so much so that it becomes uncomfortable because it's hard and doesn't flex at all. Another thing is that if you are using the high heat mode and then you urn it off then there are cooling fans that will run for a minute or more after it says it has turned off so you will need to wait till the fans stop running to put it back in its box to put it away. I works well if it fits your face and it is very high tech, futuristic, and premium looking and feeling and feels like a really well made device. Read more
