This thing is GREAT. The unit feels quality and the part that touches your face is comfortable and soft. The operation is simple with just a few buttons. There is only one massage setting but it changes up the pattern nicely. The unit seems to work off of air pumps. It pumps up bladders inside and releases the air to increase and decrease pressure at multiple points. It is rather loud so be aware of that. The speakers are nice with relaxing sounds, and they claim Bluetooth connection, but I turn the sound off personally. I wish it would remember the settings when you turn it off and on but it doesn't and you have to set them each time. The heat is either on or off, no level setting. I'm not sure how I feel about this exactly, but bottom line is that anything that offers me relief when I am suffering with a bad tension headache or even some migraines is a winner in my book, so this falls into that category. It works well, and as described, it heats up enough to offer some actual relief but doesn't get hot enough to cause any discomfort at all, and it massages temples, and various areas around your eyes using air bags of a sort. My complaints would be that it is a bit heavy and clunky but I can get past that since I would be laying down or at least likely would have my head leaned back while using this so the clunky weighty feel is not a huge deal all things considered, but my other complaint is a bigger problem for me. While it fits on my head and covers my eyes well, it is hard to adjust it tight enough to keep the weight of it from pulling the device out of place and worse, it is a little too big for my face so the points where it would massage don't line up right so if I get it to rub one temple properly the other is not getting done at the same time and also other areas like near the bridge of my nose up near my brown one can't be massaged at the same time as each other or any other points due to the way it is too big for my face and head. Additionally it is a little bit loud, but the relaxing sounds it plays balance that out ok, and it would be great if I could use it plugged in or if the charge lasted longer because often I run out of battery in the middle of thing to get relief from a headache and have to stop and wait a long period of time for it to charge up. Despite those inconveniences it still is effective at helping with nasty headaches and does what it claims do I would recommend so long as you have reasonable expectations of the limitations and the price is still reasonable. I have owned three of these devices. This one is the most barebones and that doesn't have to be a bad thing. The other two I have have cooling functions, sound, bluetooth pairing. The works. The trouble is that if you're going to go with more basic functionality, make sure to get that functionality right. The massage function is very basic. I got this on a lark and boy, do I like it! Like a lot of us I have a few of those plain cloth type eye masks but never hit on one that does the job. I recently received one as a gift that doesn’t even block the light so when I saw this item I decided to upgrade from not only just eye coverage but massage. The goggles are a bit heavy and can slip a bit but I’m not planning to use it while sitting up anyway. The strap adjusts so you can make it fit more closely if that’s an issue. I like the USB charging feature a lot; less scrambling for batteries when something needs one is great with me! It has a nice relaxing massage motion done by air pressure inflation and I bet the light heating feature will feel even better next winter. I haven’t yet hooked it up to my own music but it does come with some default music if you’re not picky. The mask makes a small amount of sound just due to how it works so a little light music takes away from that nicely. It’s simple to wipe down clean. Since there’s no storage bag I plan to keep it in the box it came in to stay dust free. I plan to buy another to gift later this year for a birthday. Read more

I found this product unsettling. It's a strange sensation to have electronic heat on my eyeballs, and the vibration is strange on my face. That might just be me, though. If you're okay with those sensations, this mask delivers them in spades. In terms of safety, I'm also concerned about having a rechargeable lithium battery from an unknown brand perched on top of my literal eyeballs in a situation where I may fall asleep. Should a thermal event occur with the battery, it would be catastrophic to the user's face. This product is comfortable and feels well-made enough, but it does require a lot of trust to use in a relaxing way. Read more
