This thing is FANTASTIC!!! I have several chronic illnesses, which cause SEVERE headaches. This makes the really awful times tolerable. The effects may last a while or not depending on what the cause is. I have too much spinal fluid = too much pressure in my head. This can't change that, but it does help while I'm using it. It the best thing I have found since I was diagnosed 23 years ago. Unexpectedly, it also seems to help with my dry eyes as well. There are many nights that I can't sleep due to pain & headaches. I put this on when I get in bed & 9/10 times I am then able to sleep. My husband has tension headaches & gave it a try. The next day he ordered 1 of his own. Edit 6/24: the massager stopped holding a charge after 18 months. But I loved it so much that I bought another one. The price had surprisingly gone down, too. Original review: I’ve only had mine a few weeks but I use it every night before bed and it really relaxes me, ready for sleep. I don’t notice much difference between the different settings, outside of heat or cold. The heated massage is heavenly, and also helps open my sinuses with gentle pressure. This has been life saver on multiple occasions and has already paid for itself. I gave it 4/5 stars for three reasons. 1) If your headache is sound sensitive, the machine is really loud and it can end up counteracting the benefit your going for. 2) The weight. It’s quite heavy for being so small and with the hard nose bridge, it can cause nose pain if you’re not laying completely flat. 3) Battery life. If you’re using the Bluetooth feature while you’re using the massager, the battery life plummets. The worst part is the very, very loud busy signal that sounds when the battery is getting low. That definitely didn’t help my head. Those things aside, I’m still really glad I bought it. It doesn’t eliminate my headaches, but after 2 back-to-back sessions, it’s significantly better and I can actually function again. Read more

I love this. Recently had a head cold and this really helped relieve the sinus pressure. For me it’s not loud at all. I put some rain/wind chimes music on and it totally drowned out other noises that I actually fell asleep with it on more than a couple of times. It doesn’t fall off if you’re laying down, someone said it did not sure how unless you’re sitting straight up. I use this about 5 times and still haven’t charged it so battery seems to hold fine. When it worked it was a nice massage. I didn't mind the noise, but the Bluetooth was always static. Now after 2 months it won't stay on. It will turn on start vibrating then immediately shut down. If you try to restart it, the lights come on the go off. Read more

I was put in a trance. I got this in the mail last night. I love it. Mine doesn't make loud loud noises. Like anything that massages it's going to have a slight sound. But I was fascinated with the way it targeted my temples and squeezed in around my nose area and the slight puffs of air that inflate around the eye area is REALLY cool. I love this purchase. I was skeptical when I first bought this. I have recently been diagnosed with glaucoma in my right eye and have been experiencing excruciating pain. Thought this might help. Purchased it and have been using it daily as a preventative and in more than a month no pain. I still take my eyedrops. But the eyedrops alone did not stop the pain. Highly recommend this product. I work in front of a computer the majority of the day, so the eyestrain is real. This may be the best thing I've purchased. It heats up to relax the area around the eyes & the massaging is just the right prsssure. The band is adjustable so it's not too tight as it massages. I literally fell asleep wearing it last night.
