I wanted a small monitor to mount underneath my primary screen for information I want to keep an eye on but don't want cluttering the main screen. This 10.5in fit perfectly! The front bezel and sides are a single plastic piece, but the rear is sheet metal. I was able to mount it where I wanted using a MagSafe stand, but it does have a VESA mount and comes with a folding cover that attaches magnetically and can act as a stand. The screen is very bright and very crisp. The controls on the left side side are easy to use for configuration and powering on/off. I'm running the screen off of a single USB-C cable driven from a Dell dock and it works well - full 1080p 60Hz with no lag. It comes with a USB-A to USB-C cable, a USB-C to USB-C cable, and an HDMI to mini-HDMI cable. I'm using my own USB-C cable, so not sure if the one it includes works, but I would guess it does. The negatives: The biggest negative to me is that the screen is insanely glossy. I can regularly see my own reflection in it and that's rather distracting, but I think I'll get over it and/or find an anti-glare film to add. When the display signal drops it will eventually turn itself off, but it doesn't have a sleep mode, so you have to manually power it back on next time you connect. I struggled to find accurate dimensions: the display is fully rectangular, and is 235mm wide, 167mm tall, and 10mm thick. Read more

I purchased mine back in December of 2022, everything that I expected for a screen worked. It worked as a plug and play with USB C cable that came with the screen. I mostly use mine for my steamdeck and samsung DeX so I don't lug around a laptop. The screen is bright and big enough for work and gaming when I am out, it is light and portable. Portability, this is where comes the issue. After 3 months my screen gave out, it turns on but just black with rainbow lines. It was showing sign of degrade functionality just after 3 months. I am carful with my electronics, but this screen seems very delicate when you travel. I used the sleeve the comes with screen in my back pack when I travel. However, it appears that during one of my travels the screen is not rugged enough to withstand being in my back pack with my other things ( I just had my steam deck with it). I been travelling with the screen and my steam deck since purchase but one day it just wont work. So, if you will travel with this screen (and I think this is what it suppose to do, travel) make sure you secure it with hardcase. When my screen broke, I contacted the store and told them that the screen broke and it wont turn on again. I sent them the pictures, without hesitation, they told me that they will help me and return the defective screen. I shipped it back to them and sent them the tracking number, after they received the tracking number they turned around and quickly sent me the replacement! I received the replacement within 2 days after the tracking number, the process to replace was painless and quick! - that's why they are getting my 5 stars. But, as for the screen, remember to keep it in a hard case. Read more

The original monitor had an issue that I just sort of lived with as it didn't affect me too badly, which was that the brightness control didn't dim the screen very much. It would still stay very bright in a dark room which could be a little hard on the eyes. The important fact is that it did work perfectly in regular daylight settings and even outside, where if under an umbrella, could see the screen pretty clearly for my needs (reading documents on the portable monitor while working in software on my main screen). The monitor over time suddenly stopped working, but was within warranty. I reached out to customer service and had a great chat back and forth with a representative (Thank you, Gloria!) who went over and above to help and gave me a wealth of options. Products sometimes fail, and that's a fact of life. Nothing is perfect, and sometimes it's just a one-off error. What didn't fail me was the customer service, and I'm certainly willing to try another product based on this aspect alone. I did enjoy the product while it worked and it was super convenient. Looking forward to giving it another chance! Read more

I'm quite particular about my displays, so ordering an unknown brand online isn't really my thing when it comes to monitors - I like to see what I'm getting. Last time I picked a TV I was in the store for about two hours and even got the sales guy to move two TVs together so I could compare them (he wasn't wildly pleased about that). Display quality is a big deal for me. There's nothing more irritating than low-contrast, washed out displays that you can't see in any reasonable level of light. So I took a bet and ordered this one after viewing what was available. I wanted something that matched my notebook's 13.3" 4K display so I wasn't messing around with mixed DPI modes or having to carry around a huge screen when I travel - I like to travel light with just a small backpack. This screen is better than I could have hoped for! The size matches almost perfectly, the brightness (when on max) matches my notebook. The clarity is also excellent and the color profiles allow me to match my notebook's display easily. With the glossy screen, it also offers great contrast so it matches with glass touchscreen monitors - although it's not touchscreen itself. It has built-in speakers but I won't use them, they sound pretty much like most notebook speakers. You will need two USB cables, one for your laptop (or HDMI, etc.) and one to power it. That's not a big deal for me as I'll generally be using this in hotel rooms, but something to be aware of I guess. You could power it with a USB-C power bank if you're out and about - I tested it with mine and it works perfectly. Overall, I'm really pleased with this. Proper dual-screening on 13" laptops when I'm away from home...! Read more
