I am so glad I purchased this set of resistance bands; they are made of fabric (which is exactly what I wanted) and there is a variety of resistance (from medium to extra heavy). Because of the length of these bands, I'm able to use them for variety of exercises. (I mimic the cable kickback using them for one); I could go on and on about these, but I will finalize this by saying it was a great purchase, they are slip resistant, seem durable, there is no smell, and they come with a zippered pouch. Me and my partner have had issues making it to our gym since it closes a bit early, but I’m very committed to my fitness journey so I’ve been looking for something to fill in the gaps for the days we can’t make it. Anyone who has been interested in equipment knows how expensive they are though, and we just bought a house so I’m currently not trying to spent a crazy amount of equipment on a more advanced set up - then I found these. I’ve had bands before, but they were those plastic ones and not THAT great. But these? MUCH better. I’ve been lifting for years now, and leg day is my best by far. I’m very petite, but squat about double my weight, can leg press over 500, and max out my gyms hip abductor machines that go to about 300. But even just using the LIGHT band with a decent amount of reps was a great workout. I’ve only used them once, so I can’t speak to the longevity of these bands but from first impressions they seem like sturdy quality - and considering the price I definitely recommend them. Read more

I love these bands! The first pack of Standrock resistance bands I purchased were the pastel green (light), pastel pink (medium), & pastel purple (heavy) pack. Which held up for yearrrrs w/out stretching out or losing resistance. And they were HEAVILY used every other day for like 4 years. I never used the light band because I preferred more resistance. But I did use the medium & heavy all the time. Then just recently I noticed they were beginning to lose a bit of resistance, so I ordered a new pack. This time I got the black (x-heavy), blue (heavy), and red (medium) bands. The x-heavy is too tight so havent really gotten around to using that one yet. But the medium and heavy bands are perfect. I use both every other day and i'm getting a really good workout w/ them. Been waking up sore every day. Super glad I got this pack, the resistance is exactly what I was hoping for. Like I said before, the first pack I bought held up for years, so these in my opinion are much more durable than some of the other bands I've purchased off Amazon in the past. Not only are they durable but they are comfortable, stay in place, & have great resistance that holds up long term. I also like that they come in a little zip up bag for convinent storage.
