I plan to use them for full-body workouts, stretching, and strength training. The bands are made from 100% natural latex, and they feel durable and skin-friendly. The included accessories are also solid — especially the handles and door anchor, which are comfortable and easy to use. Based on other customer reviews, I agree they’re well-made, versatile, and totally worth the price. One thing to note: although my set arrived complete and in perfect condition, it wasn’t packed in an additional Amazon box — the shipping label was placed directly on the product box. So far this set seems fantastic! All of the bands feel sturdy, no damage on arrival which is great. The handles are very comfortable to hold, and the door anchor feels secure. The bag is a bit small but with some effort, everything can for back inside the included bag, though I'll probably switch to a bigger one to make things easier. Read more
My old thin-ribbon and tubular resistance bands both snapped, so I was looking for something more heavy-duty to replace them. This set is a great value, and the bands appear to be well made. Still, at the back of my mind I'm wondering when the lighter ones will snap back into my face, but so far, so good. My only gripe is the shape of the lightest two bands, which is a bit squarish with sharp edges. They slightly bite into my hands, making them more likely to slip than the thin ribbon and tubular types. But the set comes with handles if that becomes an issue. It really doesn't bother me enough to rate the product below 5 stars. The heavier bands are so stiff that I don't ever foresee having the strength to use those things. I hung the band up on the door with the door strap that was included. I hung the rest up on my storage rack. These enable me to hit my arms, legs and back! I use them in warm ups and also as part of my exercise routine! Not all equipment needs to be expensive to be worthwhile! Great addition. Great product.
