It was waaaay softer than I expected. Wow. And the removable fabric is machine washable and uses a zipper. Already used it three times and it's been a game changer for massages. No longer need to take a deep breath and can get a proper massage on the neck and shoulders. Definitely recommend it for the price if you don't want to purchase a massage bed. Read more

This pillow works wonderfully when I need to lay face down. It takes the strain off my neck and shoulders. I do certain stretches and this really helps in relaxing my body. It's actually comfortable, and the vents help a lot. I don't feel hot or smushed. The foam is supportive without being too hard, and the shape keeps pressure off my eyes. I toss and turn at night but mostly sleep on my stomach, and regular pillows always leave me with neck cramps. This pillow is a big improvement.
