I like to drink..too much probably but whatever anyway my liver will start hurting sometimes so I know I need to slow down and I’ll start taking these pills I’ll take two at a time and they are magic! The pain shortly after goes away! Recommend to take every day though I just hate taking pills. For a while I’d blend them in my morning smoothie so I wouldn’t have to swallow pills :) highly suggest!
