This Milk_Shake integrity & strength shampoo was on my vine not long ago and I love all hair care so, naturally I got this to check it out. I will say. It doesn't strip your hair at all. It leaves it nice and clean, soft and bouncy. Mine normally is that way as it is. But the major thing I noticed is how it does not strip it, you know the squeaky clean feel and sound when you wash your hair . So, I was a little worried at first about how well it cleaned. But all in all it works well. I really like it. It has a white creamy look to the actual shampoo liquid and smells like milky cream. It's very light scented and I wouldn't say it lasts a long time because it's so light, and my conditioner took over after rinsing. So, I don't think it lasts that long. I didn't get the chance to try the shampoo and conditioner to give a thorough review of the scent or after conditioner effect. So, it's not that long of a review due to only having the shampoo. It does leave it soft after washing, not much friction after rinsing and I was very aware of that. Which means to me that it hydrated it well instead of taking all of the oils out then it squeeks as for the value of the money. Yeah maybe it would be worth the money, but not very likely I would buy this. And I have a ton of shampoo and conditioner. I absolutely love hair care and can't stop trying new things. I probably wouldn't get this again unless it was the oil or the conditioner to match the shampoo. But I might would recommend it for someone that's not needing a clarifying shampoo. And needs a moisturizing shampoo. There's so many on the market that this one just doesn't stand out that much for me. I've probably got at least 50/75 different types of shampoo and conditioner combos that there's only a few that really stand out. This one isn't one of them. Not staying it is bad or anything. Very nice and creamy Shampoo. A little goes a long way and a bottle will last you longer than most.. I suppose I would have to use it a bit longer to notice a big difference in my hair but it did make my hair much softer feeling. I also noticed it didn’t make my hair feel weighted done which is a plus since I have fine thin hair. There was a very slight scented smell but nothing over powering. I like that they were very thoughtful with the packaging to avoid accidental leakage while being delivered. The Shampoo bottle was shrink wrapped but also had a foil seal under the bottle cap. The shampoo consistency is thin and appears creamy white. It smells lightly sweet. Reminds me of perhaps a coconut, vanilla, & honey yogurt. The smell doesn't linger though. My hair smelled like absolutely nothing after it was rinsed off. I would not want perfume in my shampoo but would like for it to smell nice even after rinsing, at least for a while. The lather to clean is light. Makes me think I will eventually need a clarifying Shampoo. It does leave hair soft without being greasy though. Reminds me of one of those 2 in 1 shampoos that has conditioner. Hair didn't feel weighed down but did get a bit puffy probably due to the conditioning component and proteins. Due to protein less is probably best. Hair protein tends to be too heavy for my hair and puffs it, which I do not like. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that this was a milk "protein" shampoo when I purchased. However, my lack of knowledge on the product having protein is not the products fault so I did not deduct stars for that. Whether the strengthening component is effective is still to be determined. I will gift this to someone who can benefit from a protein shampoo. Price is relatively comparable to those of other salon shampoos. Although, it is a thin bottle. If protein is effective for you and you do not like smells this might be a good shampoo. It will definitely leave your hair soft. Read more

I have been on the lookout for a gentle everyday shampoo that doesn't dry out my hair, and this shampoo is very much what I am looking for. First of all, I love the sweet coconut scent (pleasant and not overwhelming). What I am not used to is that this shampoo does not lather as much as others I have tried, but that doesn't mean it doesn't clean well. When rinsed it left my hair with that squeaky clean feeling. You also don't have to use a lot to clean your hair first time through. This shampoo is creamy but also a bit thinner in texture than I am used to. But the best part is the end result. I did not use a cream rinse or conditioner, and I had no trouble with tangles. I blow dry my hair regularly as I did after using this shampoo, and it left my hair soft and shiny. The price is a bit more than I would generally like to pay for a shampoo, but the quality ingredients (and lack of harsh sulfates) make this definitely worth trying. This shampoo has a creamy texture and feels gentle on the hair and scalp. It cleanses well without being overly drying, and my hair does feel softer after washing. The scent is pleasant and not too strong, which I appreciate. However, while it provides some nourishment, I didn’t notice a significant improvement in strength or reduction in breakage for my brittle, damaged hair.
