I bought Saw Palmetto for 97 yr old dad in Dec 2025. He takes 2 pills daily per instructions. After 3 wks, he said his need to urinate at night changed from every 2 hrs to only twice a night, midnight and 8am. So it's working well. Each person's body chemistry and health condition is unique so you may need 2-3 months to see results. If no results, try another supplement. The expiration date is printed on the bottom of the bottle. This bottle expires in 2 years (2025-2027). Read more

Side Effect: Mood. Worked quickly (2-3 days) for the urination frequency and difficulties, BUT after about 4 days, came the bad mood (snapping at everyone). Researched it, and yes, it affects mood/hormones, very noticeably. Cut back to every 2 days and it is still working and mood has improved. Read more
