I really like this brace. Comfortable, and great adjustable straps to make a good solid fit. The thumb support with the inside sleeve is an additional plus, and keeps the strain off the thumb. I use these for my physical therapy, and they work very well in all my activities, mainly because they have the support bar on the inside of the wrist (the aluminum one), and 2 side support bars (plastic) - which, my other braces have aluminum for all 3 support bars, and are much sturdier and better. The side bars are a great benefit, since many braces have a bar on the back, that pushes into the back of your hand during many activities. The side bars would definitely be better as aluminum, because the plastic ones that are in these are too flexible, and in my opinion, might end up breaking inside the brace. I will order a right handed one to replace the aging one I've been using. Even though the side bars are plastic, they're better than the back bar on others. These are cushioned on the inside too. Easy to adjust; fits well; VERY comfortable - replaced ACE braces (which were fantastic, but falling apart, and not available any more), and am very happy these are available. They great - very soft inside, good support, fit well. Very comfortable support, even for my large arms. There are no hard edges or pressure points. It feels sturdy, but does not take up much space in a bag It is of medium weight. I was able to don & adjust it quickly. Read more
This brace is amazing. Great support for your wrist and even thumb. Holds your wrist in place. I can do regular chores in this. No pinching, not to tight. The velcro is long enough. For people like me with a pudgy arm no problem. My arm, about half way up is around 9 to 10 inches. I hope this helps someone. I would buy again. Read more

After habit sleeping with T Rex arms after a double mastectomy in 2024 I had terrible neuropathy in both hands. I thought I’d give these braces a try, using them at night.
