I am totally amazed by this little giant. It exceeded my expectations. I purchased this item on July 23, 2025, and I haven't stopped using it. This is not a toy; it is a powerful steam tool, and you must follow the manufacturer's recommendations. The first step is to use distilled water exclusively, NEVER tap water. The product quality is very good; it has a 12-feet cord, which allows for easy mobility. It has 12 additional accessories for different uses. It includes an accessory ideal for use on furniture, mattresses, and carpets. When I plugged it in, it was ready to use in a few minutes. It is useful for deep cleaning in areas such as the bathroom, kitchen, floors, furniture, mattresses, car seats, among others. Although some have said the amount of water is too small, my experience is that it has been adequate. You must be careful to let it cool completely so that it is safe to open because it is a steam machine. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend it. I have wanted to buy one of these forever. Very disappointed in how it works. Really didnt steam well on the places where I tried to use it. Maybe it was me and how I used it.
