Watch out: multiple hardware revisions

Great monitor, I like it better than the Viltrox DC-X3. BUT: Apparently there are multiple hardware revisions of this product. Which you get is luck of the draw, and it's worth noting that newer revisions have newer firmware with more features, and older hardware revisions have a firmware cap (V4.0.5). Also, the firmware between the different hardware revisions are incompatible, so if you try to flash a newer version to an older hardware revision, the monitor will end up bricked. TL;DR: If you buy two of these, you might not end up with the same thing. Read more

Received used, has markings on some of the inlets, doesn’t even turn on, light stays red ! Oh i should have known , this cheap chinese crap ! And believe me just comes out of the box !
