I am so incredibly happy with this purchase. It’s been a game changer for me as I work from home. I set it up by myself very quickly. The directions were extremely easy to follow and it’s simple enough to where I could have put it together even without the directions the desk is really pretty. The quality is good and it looks nice in my office the best part about it is the desk surface is all one piece many desks at this price point have a desktop that is split. Buying process was great: Product arrived damaged as a corner desk had been smashed and broken off in transit. Reached out to seller who was quick to respond, and received a replacement desk the following week. The desk itself is easy to assemble and good value for money. Very unhappy with this purchase. The motor is slow and makes a strange noise, which defeats the purpose of a standing desk that you’re supposed to be able to adjust throughout the day. When I attempted to return the desk due to the motor issue, I learned that return shipping was my responsibility, which is almost the cost of the desk itself. I was not aware of this at the time of purchase and would have bought from a different vendor had I known. I reached out to Amazon Support, and they indicated the seller would contact me, but that never happened. I’m now left either returning the desk and losing nearly all of my money to shipping fees, or being stuck with a product that doesn’t perform as expected. I would not recommend this product, especially given the risk of paying significant return shipping if something goes wrong or it's not what you expected. Read more

Arrived in a small semi heavy single box and timely. Was a bit of a bear to put together as the shaft was difficult to get aligned properly to secure it. And the middle plate wasn’t properly threaded making it difficult to start the fasteners in a blind hole. Having a magnetic bit helps a lot. Additionally not ideal being in 3 pieces and the seam doesn’t come together - there’s a small gap that the mouse occasionally gets stuck on so I will need to get a large mouse pad cover for the desk. Yes it’s cheap and thin and leaves fingerprints but overall one of most affordable electronic desks out there above 48 inches and it’s sturdy, easy to use, and quiet. Very happy with my standing desk. I also bought a walking pad, and I use all four settings on my desk. Standing, standing with walking pad, sitting, and sitting plus so that my desk chair can push in at the end of the day. Easy to set up, east to operate, smooth adjustments from one height to the other, i don't even see a ripple in my coffee. In a couple months of use for about 1/2 my workday, the hip pain I was experiencing has completely resolved. Read more

I commend the engineer who designed the packing of the box. Best organization of parts that I have seen. The parts were not labeled/numbered/lettered, except for the tabletop, but the assembly was very easy. Took about an hour to assemble by myself and a little time to organize the wires. I would suggest a few Command strips to mount the supplied power supply and a power strip to the underside of the desk. The cable "tray" is fairly useless except for power bricks. The desk, so far, is sturdy and doesn't shake when at standing height (44" for me). That was my biggest concern, but I'm happy with it. Going up and down between 27.6" and 44" takes 15-20 seconds. The motor is quiet enough. The 3 memory buttons are more than enough for one person. One word of caution. Tighten the bolts well, but do not overtighten the screws for the tabletop. The instructions are not for show. Overtighten and I'm sure they would fall out (like others have mentioned). There are a few holes not pre-drilled. It's not a mistake! It's due to the fact that the same kit can be used for both right-handed and left-handed people, the island piece is not pre-drilled. Use a small drill bit or just power screw the screws in, your choice, but choose wisely. Read more
