I remember the popular leg warmers from back in the day, so I'm so happy to find them again now that I need the for practical reasons. I have to wear compression socks, which most are quite thin and don't do much for warmth in the winter. So now I can wear these leg warmers, with a low ankle sock, over my compression socks to keep warm. These are very attractive with the cable knit pattern. I got the set that has a black pair and a white pair, so they go well with many of my skirts. They're thick enough to be quite warm, but not overly bulky. I'm 5'4" tall, so they're long if I want to just wear knee to ankle, but I like either pulling them over my knees for extra coverage or pushing them down into that scrunched look that was so popular for workouts in the 80s.
