We love it! It was easy to install, but my husband had to use heavier duty plumbers tape to stop a small leak between where it attaches to our main faucet. We bought the brushed nickel and love the look and quality of the shower head and hose. Some had mentioned theirs were plastic, but I think that depends on the style you get. If you prioritize color, that’s understandable, but the quality may not be as good (based on other reviews. The removability of the shower head provides an ease of cleaning and relaxation, especially for my husband who has back problems and uses the stronger streams to heat and work out knots in his back. Even when it is attached the options for water streams are perfect for my family and so easy to switch. Flow and pressure are great and it makes cleaning the tub a lot easier with the stronger spray option out of the top of the shower head.
