Should you buy this? The answer... is yes, it is absolutely worth it. I say this even if you haven't played the base game. The graphic update is worth it's weight in gold. Everything looks smoother, clearer and more detailed. I don't use photo mode in games and forget it's a thing, but I found myself pausing the game and taking pictures. It is a lot cheaper than the price being charged by others. The game works fine and the DLC needs a UK account to redeem. Unfortunately Sony region locks DLC and an account that matches the disc region is needed. Once the DLC is redeemed and downloaded, it can be played on a US account on PS5. I am originally from the UK and found out about the region lock when I tried to redeem DLC that came with a game I bought in the US. Sony doesn't allow region migration either and my UK account is my primary. My US account is used for redeeming DLC that comes with games here and I have never had any issues accessing it on my UK account. Read more
Like many other people have complained. This is not a proper version for US. It is not labeled as such. The intergrade code, the whole purpose of this version, does not work, the DLC does not work. So I finished the game and now I’m playing a proper Rebirth US version, well because I have this lame remake version I cannot get a Leviathan summon in Rebirth which is normally awarded for just having a Remake save file. Why wouldn’t I want a Leviathan summon? I’m an FF nerd playing this game in my 40s, of course I want that?!? Don’t buy this copy even though Tifa still looks stellar. Spend the extra $20 to get a different version to see Yuffie do her thing. I just don’t know how life can go on after this. Read more
If you get it new, the DLC code don't work. Either change your system to a resident in the UK or just forget about the Yuffe DLC entirely. Yes entirely. Not even the PS store will let you buy it individually now. I dont care much, however, because to hell if im paying scalpers/resellers their stupid price. The game is great, however, and I didn't think I'd get sucked in so much. Almost reminds me of the Yakuza games in terms of engrossing it can be. I've never played the original so it's all fresh to me. Read more
Many of you are like me and wanted to catch a copy of the PS5 version of FFVII remake Intergrade. What were didn’t see was the little orange box in the bottom corner. Mainly because we’re used to buying U.S. region games for so many years so we don’t think twice about it. Now these newest generations of consoles, region specific games are a thing of the past. The disc downloaded, installed and pasted just fine on my American PS5. However, the DLC is coded for PAL region so it will not work. If it’s that bad, go buy a used physical American copy at close to $150 AND STILL PAY THE $20 for the DLC. You choose. Meanwhile I’ll pay the extra bit for the DLC and enjoy my game. Read more

The game is great ..... Then you go to download intermission and get an error code it's not for your region. This is because it's the UK version and the code is only for UK. I had to create a new email address, new PS account, verify my age and jump through so many hoops to download this content. Read more
