First Mfg Co - Night Rider - Mens Motorcycle Biker Riding Black Leather Jacket - Large - Action

I've been riding with this jacket about a month now. I do 80-100 miles a day commuting to and from work. Daytime ride in and nightime ride out. Temps range 70s-30s. This jacket has done a great job keeping me insulated and cool at highway speed. I still wear thermals underneath, of course, but the liner definitely does it's job. I don't feel the wind penetrate. I would recommend pairing the 1st MFG neck/ chest warmer with this jacket. Tag says: Made in Pakistan. I would happily pay twice as much if this was made here in America. The quality is outstanding and well worth the money, especially if you can get it on sale. Every zipper and snap worked properly and has a heavy duty feel. Also the armor pockets fit the inserts perfectly. I went a size up so I can wear layers underneath and the chart was spot on. This is a heavy jacket. Think fire service bunker coat or military plate carrier/vest. This thing will make you feel like you're wearing a suit of armor and yes I've worn PPE before. Will update if I have a spill. i remember reading another review from a guy about this Oxford Leather motorcycle jacket, saying it was the nicest motorcycle jacket he ever saw..... my sentiments exactly......awesome, awesome jacket....heavy like you wont believe(if you had it in your hand and swung it at someone, lets just say it would leave a mark.....beautifully crafted, great zippers, vents, and a wonderful thick piece of supple, buttery soft leather..... the picture in the ad does it no justice, this is the nicest motorcycle coat ive ever seen...and i have to mention cudos to the seller who went the distance to have it at my door in 3 days......thx guys and girls at First MFG Co....i will mention another reviewer recommended going a size small, that they ran big....not in my opinion.....if u plan on putting in your own pads, id go a size bigger.....just sayin.....its a true fit. this coat is nice, unique....feels great on... This jacket turned out to be everything that I was expecting and then some! Unique color, longer arms, plenty of pockets and vents. It is quite heavy, in a good way. It’s also very versatile and I love the color because of being different from other biker jacket. I’m still gonna to get a black Harley Davidson jacket but I didn’t want to lose the opportunity for such a different jacket while it was there and I’m glad I didn’t procrastinate. So I love the Jacket I'm a bigger guy 5'11' 270lbs and the 4X fit pretty well. The Jacket is Heavy not sure of the weight but its heavy ! Only negative comment I would have is being it came from First Manufacturing I thought it would be Made in the USA well to my suprise it had a Made in Pakistan very small tag inside the jacket little disappointed about that for the price I paid but it seems to be a qualitity jacket so I'll let that slide I guess . A quality leather jacket!! I am 6'1" 245lbs I ordered an XL it fit perfect! This brand runs large, I sometimes wear an XXL depending on the MFG. Maybe consider going one size smaller when fitting. Read more
