Best pans I’ve ever had. Absolute no stick. Be careful not to heat on high - must keep at medium or less. But that doesn’t prevent it from cooking properly. I’ve made the following in these pans: rice, sautéed veggies, bacon, eggs (scrambled, omelet - omelets come out fantastic, thin or thick), pancakes, fish, chicken, pork. Honestly, nothing sticks! The worst was the bacon that left dark marks and sticky pieces… the came of immediately using the spray feature on my faucet and a little soap. Super easy to clean and store. Been looking for ceramic pan that are made either US or Europe - finally found this that doesn't chip off and stain easy. I purchased one ceramic pan that was US made and first used it was already chipping and staining at the bottom but this Fissler pan is definitely better, looks like this has a better quality and we'll made. For the last 5 years, I went through 3 different pots and pans, and I was never happy with any of them. Finally, Fissler - wow - leave it to the Germans to make it right. I bought the pans and the pots. You went be disappointed. One note: the pans do not come with a lid, I wish they did. I used one of the Fissler pots lids for the 9.5" size pan. Hand wash the Pans - don't use the dishwasher. Making eggs in the ceramic non-stick pan is amazing. Read more

In recent months, I've been paying closer attention to my cookware materials and moving away from Teflon-coated pans. These sturdy alternative pans don't have that coating. They are nonstick, weigh well, and heat up quickly with my gas stove. The only negative I have is that they did come with at least one lid/cover. Read more

Seems more durable than my last pan that chipped within days. I won't push it with this one but it seems better quality so far. Good even heat. Doesn't overheat easily. Read more
