Good video quality, looks stocks, functions well but you may want to change out the 32 gig micro SD card it comes with for something larger if you drive a lot, especially since once one of the features is 4k video which can be big. Plug and play install, looks fantastic and subtle. I'm not a fan of sticking stuff all over the windows so I LOVE the integrated look and you wouldn't even know its there. Video quality is slightly lower than I would expect for "4K", but its good enough. The app is OK; it saves 1min long clips that you have to sort through to find what you want and then download to phone. Which feels a bit clunky sometimes, but I'm cool with it for the price/functionality/appearance of the product I got. I went with it mostly for built-in look because the car spends all day in an unsecured public parking lot and I wanted something that attracts less attention. That's the main reason to get it. The installation is simple, provided tool is sufficient, and I really liked the idea of wiring it to the dome light assembly. What I did not like was a proprietary connector - it means that if this camera croaks, reusing the harness will turn into a project. Color of the housing is not a perfect match to the original part but it's very close. Image quality is sufficient, both during the day and at night, there is no info on the sensor origin, and it certainly is not on the level of Starvis2 of my other dashcam but it's more than enough. The app is ok - it looks clean and modern and runs without crashes Camera connection is a bit clunky - you have to manually turn off bluetooth, I do understand why - to disconnect wireless carplay, but you need to do it even if you are not connected. I don't see why cellular data needs to be turn off as well and why the wifi connection is not automatic after that. It's not that big a deal unless you plan to download on a regular basis. Settings are somewhat limited - importantly wifi is set at 2.4 GHz and I did not find an option to switch to 5 GHz. Is this a programming oversight or hardware limitation? One way or another downloads go at leisurely pace. All in all I am pretty happy with my choice, I am not making movies, I just want it to be there just in case and it's good enough for that. Finally, a note to the frugal - seemingly identical units are sold on Ali for quite a bit less, and judging by the fact that my camera was shipped directly from China they may well come from the same manufacturer, so if you want so save some money at the cost of some peace of mind you may consider that route. I set the length of each video to one minute, but some video lengths are over half an hour. Today, I got into a hit-and-run accident and tried to download the video from the app at the scene. During the download, the video crashed, and I only got audio with no video. The original video from the SD card was also damaged. I have a Samsung SD card in the dashcam. Guys, just buy a real dashcam. The fitment of the dashcam is perfect and looks very OEM. However, the functionality of this dashcam is terrible. Delivery was fast, I paid for expedited. Installed in my 2022 Civic without a hitch. The install video was specific to my car. I received a message on Amazon from the seller saying with instructions to avoid problems with Android Auto / Car Play - disable Bluetooth when connecting. Re-enable Bluetooth when you get your files. Works well. Android Auto is OK when bluetooth is enabled. Install looks awesome - like OEM. Great product and good people to work with. Read more

The perk and reason why you get this camera is to hide your dashcam from plain sight. Install: relatively easy, I’m OK with my hands and finish this in around 20 minutes with no problems. Quality: you don’t buy this camera for its video quality but it’s pretty good and does the job. I’m not 100% sure this is 4K However, I can make out everything and the picture is still clear. App: relatively easy to use you need to connect your app and phone via Wi-Fi. Downloading does take a while however, you do have the option of downloading via mini SD card.
