I just started doing yoga on the Peloton app and it soon became clear I needed some blocks. These were pretty (pink) because it always helps to work out with something pretty. I purchased three sets of these blocks, in 3 different colors. The quality of the blocks are great, and the colors are soft and very pretty. These are a great size and can easily be used with both my young daughters and myself. They are sturdy and can be used for many exercises. I am a physical therapist and was looking for a pair of yoga blocks for my clinic. These are great and are the same quality as other, more expensive name brands! The foam is nice and firm and supports the body well. I use them often to provide support in different positions, to help activate the core by squeezing between the knees, or to help improve mobility of one area by blocking movement of another and these work really well. Great basic yoga prop. They won’t be substitute for the heavier cork blocks which can support your full body weight (like standing on top of, or your forearms for floating poses or flexing your foot for a deeper calf stretch). But they are a great block if you need help with that extended reach or support under your low back. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I use these yoga blocks for stretching, at home workouts, and beginners yoga. I definitely get a lot of different uses from them throughout my routines. The vibrant color is just a plus! They are very study and support my weight (160lbs). I’ve never had them slip or move when using them so they have a great grip. The texture of these are smooth. These yoga blocks are excellent quality. Firm and sturdy, but not hard as a rock. They’re great for adding height while engaging in your yoga practice, allowing deep stretches to be more comfortable. I’m very happy with these blocks and am confident that they will be part of my practice for a long time. The color is also quite lovely.
