I was so excited for this but unfortunately am very disappointed. It doesn’t work wirelessly. I followed the instructions in screen (before they suddenly switched to Chinese and I can’t switch them back…thank goodness they are also in the booklet), connected to the item via Bluetooth, but the device name doesn’t show up on the screen mirror menu on my phone when it’s wireless. And doesn’t leave the instructions screen. When I connect the cable it came with from the screen directly to my phone, it does fine, but the entire reason I wanted it was because it said it was wireless. Additionally, there are no instructions to connect the little remote to the device at all, and when I turn it on, it obviously doesn’t automatically connect because it doesn’t work. The light just flashes a couple of times then turns off. So that means I have to push the record button on my phone, turn the phone back around, then start speaking or filming what I want, then turn the phone back around again to stop the recording. I’m gonna mess with it for a little longer in case it’s user error on my part, but it doesn’t seem to be. Pretty let down by this. Read more

Description says no delay, at times I have a 3 to 5 second delay. How do you install it wired? Depending on what type of case you have the wire ring to mount in may not work. I took my phone case off to get the mount to work, but using it as designed the screen always appears upside down. I'm a tech geek and I'm frustrated with a host of issues. Overall I found it very clunky to use as far as what you need to do to get it to connect every time. If you use the QR code it takes you to a website that does NOT have instructions for this device, the videos displayed are not technical, I've searched the internet looking for a manual and have found nothing. Description says iPhone and Android; I wonder if this was designed using an iPhone as it does not work smoothly and consistently for me on an Android. Read more
