the black sesame flavor is so great!!! it was really easy to drink and the crunchies gave good texture. it kept me full for a decent amount of time. i used reduced fat milk and i really liked it, but i haven't tried it with water and don't know if i want to. the mixability is ok, i frequently get powder lumps of varying sizes no matter how much i shake the pouch. luckily it's not chalky so getting the undissolved powder wasn't a bad experience and i still enjoyed it. 11/7/25 edit: i've since tried other flavors so adding my impression of them plus some additional thots. -green tea: not very strong flavor, but it's mild and there is a flavor so it's nice if you want smth that isn't bold. -coffee: pretty good, thought it was going to taste sweeter and it didn't. if you want a caramel coffee flavor this is gonna hit the spot. i don't love it personally tho -milk tea: wow this is sweet. saw another review where someone felt suspicious about how low sugar it actually is. this flavor makes me agree, bc wow it is candy sweet. i didn't notice a sugar crash or anything tho, but the flavor is too much. if you love brown sugar boba at 100% sweet this is gonna be ur thing. strawberry: pretty good for fake strawberry milk flavor. it's not a flavor i want all the time, so again not one of my favorites. i really like that these products have fiber in addition to protein so i can make sure I'm getting enough of that too. they're honestly pretty convenient and if you're leery of traditional protein mixes like me you might find this easier. i have a hard time w sweetener aftertaste no matter which is used, but they balance the amt of sweetener well enough that i can barely tell it's there if at all. bc it's so expensive it's not smth i can do everyday, but it's really convenient when i don't want to deal w meal prep for breakfast. just fill up the pouch get out the door shake shake shake and drink during my commute. what i said in my first review still stands. the only thing is i got really sick of them despite having so many different flavors. but that's just me bc i'm just not a protein mix/shake/powder person. I was pleasantly surprised by the Flimeal Chocolate Protein Shake. The chocolate flavor is rich and smooth, and the crunchy protein balls add a nice texture that makes it feel more like a treat than a supplement. It blends well in a shaker and keeps me full for a few hours. My only gripe is that it’s a bit on the sweet side, but overall, it’s a tasty and satisfying way to get more protein in my day. Read more

This protein shake is easy to drink on the go and makes getting quick protein really convenient. The quality is good, and it keeps me full for a while, which helps with appetite control. The matcha flavor is nice but not very strong, so if you’re expecting a bold matcha taste you might be a little let down. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but overall it feels like a healthy option with solid nutrition and good taste. Read more

Omg, this is an absolute must-try if you like misugaru (Korean grain shakes). I honestly never knew protein powder could taste this good. The flavor is spot-on—nutty, sweet, and so satisfying without any artificial taste. I love the convenience of the packaging since I can take it on the go without needing to bring a shaker bottle. It also makes a perfect meal-replacement because it has some crunchy mini puffs like cereal. It feels more filling than just regular shakes without any texture. Another bonus: you can freeze it after you mix in your water! I use almond milk instead of water, freeze the packet, smush it around, and eat it like a slushy. You can also squeeze it into a bowl when its slushy-like, and top it with peanuts and fruit for a healthy snack. It’s seriously so good. This is my favorite protein shake by far because it is sooo delicious, versatile, and super convenient—highly recommend! Read more

Bought for health conscious college freshman worried about all the bad eating they did during finals. They are apparently tasty and I approve of the amount of milk consumed with them. Use milk not water ppl! You will thank me in 30 years time when perimenopause is attacking your bones. Also they are apparently tasty. And healthy. And good for your skin. Drink your milk. And also water. Trust me you don’t want a kidney stone. Not that you’d get that from matcha, but kidney stones are terrible and lead to sepsis. But milk with this matcha. Tasty. Healthy. Read more

It’s incredibly chalky, and doesn’t have a great taste. There’s a leftover residue it leaves in your mouth after you take a sip. It’s kind of gritty like if a small amount of very fine sand got into your mouth. If you were interested in this product from the different tik tok videos promoting it. Don’t waste your time there are way better protein options. Read more

I was genuinely surprised by how delicious this protein shake is, especially considering how healthy the ingredients are. I’m currently trying to cut down on sugar and lose weight, and this is one of the only shakes I’ve tried that doesn’t trigger cravings or have that weird artificial “fake sweet” taste that so many other “no sugar added” shakes still have. It tastes rich and satisfying, and the little crunchy protein balls inside make it even more enjoyable. It keeps me full, completely satisfies my sweet tooth, and actually helps me stay on track. The packaging is also extremely convenient as the powder is already inside, you just need to pour liquid and shake!! The water line on the pouch makes it so easy to get the perfect mix too :) I personally love it with water because the flavor is already amazing, but a couple of my friends prefer it with milk. It’s super popular in Korea, so I finally tried it for myself, and the shipping was surprisingly fast. Highly recommend for anyone who struggles with sugar cravings or wants a healthy treat that actually tastes good! Read more
