The memory foam is firm but comfortable, and it really helps with long hours at my desk. The seat is the perfect amount of cushion thickness and density. So much more comfortable thanks the two-inch uniform height ones sold on Amazon. Makes driving enjoyable again. The back sport isn’t quite right…perhaps it needs to taper higher up the back. It has helped with back pain if I can situate it just right. Packaging could use some improvement. Cushions compressed into a too snug box. Only way I could get to the cushions inside was to carefully cut the box so as not to cut the cushions. Once I got the cushions out, they are comfortable, help with Lumbar support. The elastic strap used to hold the Lumbar support in place is very tight around the seat back. Could be a future issue with its longevity. Time will tell about the quality and value for the money. At this early stage I’m not too sure about recommending. I probably would not buy again. Having had the Florich Seat Cushion since October, I AM NOT happy with it all. The Seat Cushion will not allow level seating, pitches to the right. Seated in an uncomfortable seat is not what I hoped for. The Lumber Cushion is too small and is not effective in providing a proper lumber support. It is essentially worthless. I would not recommend and would not recommend. In fact I am ordering another Lumbar / Chair Back Support and another Seat Cushion.
