These flat mats are so much better than the rolled up ones! The psychological benefit when you do pilates toe taps and not having to worry about hitting that curled up edge instead of reaching all the way down to the floor... iykyk! The only nitpick is I don't want to see this huge brand logo "HAHE" right there on the middle front of the mat - wish it were a little less visible. I love everything about this yoga mat. The color, the sturdiness of it, the easy to fold grooves, the texture is smooth. The one thing I don’t like about it is I noticed I get warmer than normal when I’m using it. I have it as a base mat now with a different mat on top. I love the firmness and support it offers. Absolutely love the concept of this and how lightweight it is. The colors are nice too. However, when I went to use it, my hands and feet kept slipping, so it does not have good grip. Maybe it can work with a towel but then defeats the purpose of being lightweight. I hope they work on creating a better surface for this bc it felt much more convenient and efficient to fold than roll. Read more
