I love that this yoga mat is longer, the color is what showed ( i got purple) and it's just the right amount of thickness, it makes a little more comfortable when doing yoga and other exercises that require a mat Read more
I am a Vine Reviewer, and while I receive products through the Vine program, all opinions shared here are my own and based on my personal experience. I got the Yoga Mat High Density Exercise Mat (76"x32"x0.27"), and while the dimensions were clear as day, I honestly wasn’t expecting it to feel as massive as it does. At first, I thought the price might be a little steep, but seeing the size in person (and in the photos I’ve provided), there’s really nothing to complain about. The mat is thick, wide, and sturdy, giving plenty of space for yoga, pilates, fitness, or stretching. You could honestly use it as a rug at this point, but it’s perfect for parks, gyms, or home workouts. It provides lots of room to move freely, and the high-density material feels supportive under pressure. Pros: Massive size provides plenty of room for any exercise High-density material is supportive and comfortable Thick and sturdy, perfect for gyms, parks, or home use Wide enough to almost function as a small rug Cons: Large size can be bulky to carry if you’re on the go Might be more mat than some casual users need Overall, this is a fantastic, spacious, and well-made yoga mat that gives you tons of room to move and feels premium. Definitely great for anyone who likes plenty of space during workouts. Read more

True to its advertising it is much wider than your standard mat. This is handy for stretching and to make it more practical to have a bit more space than the standard. I like it comes with a specific tie/wrap to secure it rolled up to make transport and storage easier. It’s not as thick as other mats I’ve had but that’s not really a problem just different. I like I can use this not just for yoga but in other situations and modalities due to that it’s wider. Read more
After years of training on cheap gym mats that felt like cardboard and overly thick ones that swallowed my footing, I finally found the perfect 6mm (¼-inch) mat for serious lifting. The comfort is on another level: it delivers just enough thickness to make heavy deadlifts, deficit pushes, and long ab sessions easy on my knees, hips, and spine without ever feeling spongy or unstable. Even after brutal leg days with hundreds of pounds on the bar or extended plank and core circuits, my joints stay happy and protected, yet the mat remains firm enough for explosive movements and perfect balance during lunges or single-leg work. The surface is silky but insanely grippy—bare feet or shoes lock in place, no slipping even when the gym is humid and my hands are chalked or sweaty—and it never had that nasty rubber smell, just aired out fast and stays fresh. I’ve been hammering this mat 5–6 days a week over the past month—deadlifts, hip thrusts, Bulgarian split squats, farmer carries, ab rollouts, everything—and it still looks and performs like day one. No peeling, flaking, or worn patches, even under heavy drops and constant foot pivots, and it never stretches or slides on concrete, rubber, or wood floors. The wildest part? It outperforms the $120–$150 “premium” gym mats I’ve owned by a mile, yet costs just under $50. It’s the ultimate Goldilocks mat for lifters: cushioned enough to save your body, firm enough to keep you planted and powerful, built to survive years of punishment, and an absolute steal. If you’re tired of beat-up knees or wobbly footing, grab this ¼-inch beast. Comes with a flexible mat strap with a shoulder strap for transport. Read more
Definitely the best yoga mat I have tried. I was really surprised to see the price of this mat. I regularly do Pilates and I did not realize how terrible my old mat was. This mat is super thick and it keeps me stable. It does not hurt my wrists in any kind of way. I do not slip at all. Very durable my dog steps on it and it has not damaged yet. it’s the perfect width and length for me. I am 5’8 and no matter what move I do I am never off the mat. This mat has fueled my love for Pilates, I have even longer workouts now because how supportive it is. Read more
I ordered the Yoga Mat High Density Exercise Mat hoping for a spacious, professional-grade mat for yoga, Pilates, and home workouts. The color is beautiful. The size is genuinely great—extra wide and long, which gives plenty of room for taller folks or anyone who hates sliding off the edges during stretches or downward dog. The material feels sturdy and provides decent cushioning without being too soft, and it has good grip when you’re not sweating heavily. It’s lightweight and easy to carry around. That said, this wouldn’t be my top choice compared to other mats I’ve used. The biggest issue is that it refuses to lie flat. One end curled aggressively, and even after weeks of use, I still have to weigh down the corners with books or dumbbells to keep it from rolling back up. It’s annoying. There are also a few noticeable indents that appeared during shipping (I assume from being tightly rolled or strapped). I’ve tried everything—but those marks seem permanent. They don’t affect grip, but they make the mat look cheaply made. Overall, it’s okay for the price and works fine if you’re a beginner who doesn’t mind a few quirks. If you’re more experienced or want something that feels truly premium and hassle-free, I’d spend a bit more money for a higher-quality mat. This one gets the job done, but it could be better.
